Credit Policy
New credit customers must complete our credit application and supply the names of your three largest publishing accounts and one bank reference. Once your credit is approved, we will send your order. Please note: The only way for you to receive your books immediately is to prepay.

Claims
All claims for shortages or damaged items, as well as claims for non-receipt including requests for Proof of Delivery (POD), must be made within 30 days for domestic orders or 60 days for international orders, or they will not be honored. All claims for damaged cartons or goods must be made with the carrier (i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.); they are not Ontology Press’s responsibility.

Examination Copies
